Serenity is a yoga studio designed to relax the mind and calm the senses. The design was inspired by water; the free-flowing movement, tranquil sound, earthy colors, and translucent qualities are all experienced within the space. The layered Centiva floor and curved, illuminated soffits invite guests into the space; past the reception desk and tranquil water feature, into the retail space, and through the hallway. The first yoga studio’s textured 3form Ecoresin clerestory windows allow sunlight to penetrate the space. Further down the hall, there is a second yoga studio, massage room, and locker rooms.

1. Specified sustainable Centiva flooring and reclaimed hardwood
2. Used sustainable 3Form Ecoresin for interior clerestory windows, retail shelving, and on some reception desk components
3. Used energy efficient CFL lamps and LED strip lighting
4. Used all low-VOC paints and adhesive
